“I could see myself here” Atlanta’19
Today was special, because we traveled from Atlanta to Alabama, University of Alabama is a very big and nice campus. I noticed most of the campuses have buildings that are entirely made out of brick.
We left this campus and traveled about forty-five minutes to get to ASU (Alabama State University). I liked this campus because of the atmosphere, and all the opportunities. I really enjoyed hearing about the Criminal Justice and the Forensic Science departments because of the different activities that are involved with each program. Overall this campus seemed like somewhere I could see myself.
The last campus we went to was Tuskegee University where we met Damoni our tour guide an alumni from Eoydc. She taught us about learned helplessness which is letting yourself fail or not succeed because of what you’ve been taught, I found this very interesting. My favorite part was walking around the campus because it was really seeing the students happy and getting along. Today was a great day and I’m looking forward to tomorrow .
